Summer Sangria Recipe

  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 10 large strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 750ml bottle sweet white wine
  • 1 750ml bottle your favorite champagne


Place all fruit and orange juice in a large pitcher or bowl, add wine and allow to sit in the refrigerator for 3 - 24 hours. Right before serving, add champagne.

Taste; if you'd like it to be sweeter, add 1/4 cup granulated sugar, honey, or agave. Serve and enjoy!

What You Need:

  • bottle of red wine
  • orange liquor
  • brandy
  • fresh fruit

How to:

  • Slice the fruit and transfer it to a pitcher
  • Measure 1/2 of brandy and pour it over the fruit
  • Measure 1/4 cup of the orange liquor and pour it into the pitcher
  • Uncork the wine and pour it into the pitcher
  • Stir the liquor, wine, and fruit together
  • Cover the pitcher
  • Refrigerate the pitcher for 4 hours or overnight
  • When ready to serve, top off the sangria with sparkling water
  • Stir gently to combine
  • Taste and add more if desired
  • Scoop a few pieces of fruit into each glass when serving
