Ingredients

  • ½ cup cottage cheese

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder

  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder (optional but recommended)

  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint or mint extract

  • ½ - 1 cup ice (depending on how thick you like it)

Instructions

  1. In a high powered blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth and frothy.

  2. Enjoy immediately!

What You Will Need:

  • ½ cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 to 1 cup white sugar

  • 1/2 cup Raw Cane Sugar

  • 1 tablespoon peppermint extract

  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa baking powder (adding more may turn your skin brown)

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

  • 1 drop green food coloring

Instructions:

  • Place coconut oil in a bowl and microwave on HIGH 15-25 seconds until softened.

  • Adding 1/2 cup of the white sugar as well as the raw sugar to the oil.

  • Add the peppermint extract and green food coloring. Mix well until ingredients are combined and food color is evenly distributed. If your mixture is too wet, you can add the another ½ cup sugar until scrub is to desired consistency.

  • Spoon scrub into air-tight containers (like these smaller mason jars) and decorate with twine or ribbon.
