To book an event with Personal Touch Catering Experience, simply fill out our online inquiry form and we will reply to schedule a time to discuss your event vision. Our team will discuss your event details, provide a customized proposal, and guide you through the menu selection and logistics. A deposit is required to secure your date.
We recommend booking at least 4-6 months in advance for large-scale events and at least 2 months in advance for smaller gatherings. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability and could often bring an event to life quite quickly if our schedule allows.

If you would like to have a tasting prior to booking there is a fee which is subtracted from your final bill once our services are contracted. When booked, a tasting is included for weddings, gala events and inquiring in office dining RFPs. Tastings are by appointment only and are often hosted in January / February and July / August.
